This short ebook comprises a select directory of producers of Chablis. Rosemary George MW provides a Who’s Who of more than 70 of the most interesting and significant producers of what she admits may well be her favourite wine. A diverse range of wines is produced in this small corner of Burgundy even though all wines are made from the same grape – Chardonnay.
